Dickson bowl

Last week PeeWee took Me and the boys to the real bowling lanes in Dickson. Just 12 lanes and no bullshit this place was the bomb. This first picture is from wall to wall. The lanes were good and the place was just a hoot . A lot of fun.

It's a lot of fun not to have to put with a bunch of kids who want to play video games or bowl under Black lights and disco balls.

Here we have PeeWee with a good pitch. Sorry about the blurry pic , but when you put this much power on a ball its hard to capture the moment. I can't wait to go back.

Learning curve.

Last weekend the boys and I joined PeeWee at the ranch for some practice and to lay out some sections for the 2 day National championship Trials on the 29th and 30th this month. This was Troys first time to ride the ranch so Barry was trying to explain to Troy that we brought him to this very spot his first time out and tried to kill him.

This time around Barry was a lot more comfortable after riding a trials and seeing the Ranch before. Troy done alright for the first time out. This place is not for the faint of heart.

This was also Barry's first time as well as Troy to go down the creek. This is a very important piece of the puzzle. If you can ride the creek you can win most trials anywhere else.

You can tell from this picture that Barry is having a ball. If you only could have been there the first time he rode this spot.

Here are some more scores from the last week. Bowling didn't get any better as we got our ass handed to us again. We are thinking of firing the coach or the manager for a fresh look at drinking and having a good time.

2 for Wednesday

OK , here is all the boring scores from not only golf but, bowling also. Monday was the first night of bowling. Boy what a hell of a night it turned out to be. The Seamen had there ass handed to them, but we have 31 weeks to get back in to contention.

So then Tuesday we wait out a much needed rain that turns out to be a great day to play golf. It's been so dry that you could barely tell it rained. On the other hand you could barely tell we ever played golf before.

Golfin

Here are the scores from Tues. We finally had a day under 100 degrees. Notice I didn't get any gooder.

On Saturday morning I played with my buddie Charles. This was his 2nd time out to play and I was with him his first time out to play , but I didn't have my camera the first time.

I hate to say it but he had a good time both days. Even playing with me! I think he's hooked and should be a pretty good golfer with a little more practice.

Supermoto

Saturday night I went to the Supermoto race at the Fairgrounds in Nashville. If you ever get a chance to see these guys its worth the $20 ticket. This is a picture of the 1st turn. They would come in here at 100 mph slide sideways for about 150 feet to get woo'ed up for the 20 mph turn.
They run half the track on dirt and half on pavment. Cool race. Good time.
