scores and more

An exciting night to say the least. Scores all over the place. I thought Caulkboy was going to have a good night and I would have a bad night. Well it turns out that he had a bad night and I had a what the hell was that night. Pictured above is my teammate Henry Clardy and Sugar Bumpkins, She says it sounds funny when I call her Patsy. Anyway heres the scores.
Jennifer...91...100...99
Jereme...135...140...117
Barry...181...152...157
Cpt....151...159...244

The next picture has nothing to do with bowling but I thought it was cute. Ryan and Natalie were whatching the movie Toy Story and were so into the movie that they really wasn't interested in no old man with a camera. I guess I can't blame them.
Next blog Florida results.

practice,practice,practice

Saturday when I got off work I headed to the Ginder ranch for a little practice for the Trials in Gainsville Florida , March the 3d. When I got there I thought I was late , but It turns out I was just in time for The Guru to put me to work. While the crew thrashed on the Chicken (1968 BSA Bantom) trying to get it to run , I done a little welding on the aluminum fenders of the Guru's moto-x bike. So after a few beers and a nice running Chicken the crew started to pack a few things for the trip , so Minnonite Mike and Me took off for a ride around the ranch. After a few falls and a couple of laughs we headed back to pick up Pee wee. One more beer and a hardy high o silver we were back at it. Testing some new waters and riding a little over our heads we got in some very good practice. Lets hope the Tennessee group does well in Florida. Pictured is Pee wee in the Nubbie section. Wish us luck. Oh ya don't ever tell a Trials rider to break a leg.

No better

Well the score's just keep coming down. No real explanation for this downfall. Even though I took a bowling ball off the ankle bone twice I have no excuse. The only reason that I used this picture is because Caulkboy done such a good job taking it. The next picture is what happens when a lady friend goe's to Mardi gras and brings back gifts. Now we all know how you ,if female can get beads at Mardi gras. The young lady swore to her parants that she purchased the beads from a vender. Wink , wink. Sorry no pictures of the purchase.

Oh maybe the reason my scores are coming down is because in Trials less is better and we will be going to Florida March 3d for an A.H.R.M.A. event.Thats got to be it.

bowling 2/13

Another average night. I guess I'm going to have to change everything I do and I sure hate to. These lanes are so oily that You cant get your ball to break. Caulkboy is still having trouble at Smyrna , but is tearing up the lanes everywhere else he bowls. Jennifer gets the ata-boy award for a nice 130 off of a 99 average. Like it or not here's the score's.Jennifer....130....100....88

Last of birthday

Photos by Mike Abernathy

Ok this is the end of my birthday week. Saturday night Patsy and I thought we would go see a friend and his band play at this new bar that happened to be close to the house. We get there and find that they must not have been expecting a very big crowd.........EVER. So after wading through the mud we made our way to the back door , that was open dispite the 20 degree temps. On entering next to the door is a girl in a bikini selling Corona's out of a barrel full of ice. Later on they did shut the door , but I never did take my coat off or did I get hot. Once we got in we noticed that we were in a biker bar. Ok, we've never been in one so lets check it out. Along with the small flea market of shirts , hats and tatoo's , the big show before the band started was the hamster races. Next to the dance floor is where you will find the motorcycle show. Three bikes and only one with a motor on it. The picture is the winner of the bike show " Willett Run Racing" , the answer is NO. I don't know but there must be a Biker law that you stand in all of the walkways and talk. You could stand in line for the restroom for about ten minutes only to find out there is no line. The band was great as they always are. If they had a name I would tell you so that if you got the chance you could see them , but they just like to play and kind of pick and choose their gigs. We did manage to have a good time whatching the Biker want to be's and trailer park trash try to dance and show off their 1970 wardrobe and tatoo's. I might be going back for the panty races if I can find out what night it 's on.

My birthday

These pretty girls are the Miller beer girls that were at Hooters for my birthday. Well I can dream can't I? They put on a little game that if you could putt a golf ball in a hole you could win a beer or a gift. I ended up with Two gifts and a Beer. Jereme won the all you can eat prize after eating 31 Three Mile Island hot wings. Remember the old joke "Come on icecream". The Grandkids had a good time running around, rolling on the floor, tearing things off the wall, just like at home. Hopfully everyone had a good time ,I know I did.

Bowling

Well Monday night wasn't the best night I've ever seen. Jennifer didn't bowl , Barry purchased a new ball and was having some operater errors with it. I don't know what I was doing , except for the drinking. Red said he really don't have an excuse. Oh well its just a game "THAT I"M TRYING TO WIN EVERY TIME I GO OUT"! Some folks just get to wrapped up in the game and forget to have fun. Heres the scores.

Oh ya Happy Birthday Deane.
